And he serves as a Board Director and Advisor to several leading digital media companies. Previously, he was YouTube's Global Head of Creator Development and Management, where he was one of the original and principal architects of the multi-billion dollar creator and influencer ecosystem. Among his many honors, Bing is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader; Los Angeles Times Most Influential Leader; and a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree.
Rae Kyrazis
Rae Kyrazis has 20+ years of global coaching experience. For four decades, she has held corporate roles in enterprise software sales, sales leadership, human development and global transformation. She founded and led the Global SAP Academy—the largest people developmental program in the company’s 50-year history. Through this, she significantly diversified the organization, increasing female representation by 7% globally, reducing the average age by nearly 10 years and accelerating the diversity of thought.
Puja Jaspal
Puja Jaspal is the Chief People Officer at Fastly, leading all aspects of human resources including global strategy, employee experience, L&D, talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation and benefits, and DE&I. Recognized as one of the Top 100 Women of Influence in the Bay Area, Jaspal previously served as Senior Vice President, People & Communities at Cisco, where she helped shape the evolution of Cisco’s workforce. With a vision for building inclusive teams that accelerate innovation, Jaspal is known for being a transformation change agent. She holds more than 20 years of experience across B2C and B2B companies including senior leadership roles at Visa and Google.
Celestine Schnugg
Celestine “Cee Cee” Schnugg is the founding managing partner of Boom Capital, a Silicon Valley-based early-stage fund that backs deeply technical and under‑networked founders. She’s built a reputation as a leading frontier-tech investor herself, being an early backer of companies like Mammoth Biosciences, Fauna Bio, Swarm (acquired by SpaceX), Astra, and Planet Labs among others.
Before founding Boom in 2017, Celestine began her career building the sustainability program at Apple. She went on to spend five years at Innovation Endeavors—the venture firm founded by Eric Schmidt and Dror Berman. And she also served as an innovation advisor to British Airways. Her latest undertaking, Project Atlas, is committed to accelerating translational research for rare and pediatric diseases
