Event Registration Payment Terms
At EIGHTYFIVE, we are committed to providing a seamless registration experience. Please review the payment terms below to ensure a clear understanding of your ticket purchase and associated policies.
Early Bird Tickets
Price: $8,500
Eligibility: Available for tickets purchased and paid for before August 15, 2025.
Cancellation and Transfer Policy:
- Non-Refundable: Early Bird tickets are non-refundable.
- Transferable: Tickets may be transferred to a qualified participant.
- Transfer Requests: Submit a written request to eightyfive@snpnet.com by October 15, 2025, to initiate a transfer.
Standard Tickets
Eligibility: Available for tickets purchased on or after August 15, 2025.
Full Payment Option
- Fee: $9,500
- Payment Due: Full payment is required immediately upon registration to confirm attendance.
Installment Payment Option
- Eligibility: Available until October 1, 2025.
- Initial Deposit: $4,750 (non-refundable, due at registration).
- Final Payment: $4,750 due on or before October 15, 2025.
Cancellation and Transfer Policy:
If unable to attend, you may:
- Transfer Your Ticket: Transfer to a qualified participant.
- Receive a Credit: Receive a $4,750 credit applicable toward any service with SNP Communications.
- Transfer and Credit Requests: Submit a written request to eightyfive@snpnet.com by October 15, 2025.
Event Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event that Eighty Five is canceled by the organizers:
- Refund: All registration fees will be refunded in full within 2 weeks of the cancellation date.
